Denaturalization and deportation: In the 07Nov2007
issue of the National Post,
Bernie Farber of the
CJC once again demands the deportation of 7 victims of the d&d
process. In
an editorial titled “National
press either illiterate or Ukrainophobic”
in the
15Nov2007 issue of the Ukrainian News, Marco Levytsky chastises the
press for
their insensitivity in referring to these people as “alleged Nazi war
criminals”, when none of the accused were even charged with war crimes.

victims of the Holodomor organized by the Ukrainian Canadian Congress -
Edmonton Branch (UCC-Edm) was held at Edmonton City Hall on 24Nov2007
with some
567 attendees. Excerpts from the keynote speaker -- Rev. Prof.

Borys
Gudziak, Rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv

Anniversary
of the Holodomor held its second teleconference during the evening of
Sunday
02Dec2007. Various potential projects for the 2008 year were discussed
-- one
of which was to record the names and addresses of survivors of the
Holodomor
living in Canada. People with such knowledge or who would like to join
and/or
