Zuzak GRC Report; Wed., Sep. 06, 2006

(1) Josef Furman and Jura Skomatchuk cases: On Thursday 17Aug2006, Justice Judith Snider ruled, on a balance of probabilities, that both Mr. Furman and Mr. Skomatchuk obtained their Canadian citizenship some 50 years ago by “false representation or fraud or by knowingly concealing material information”. They are now eligible to be denaturalized and deported by a Cabinet Committee of Stephen Harper’s  Conservative government.

As I have stated before, the Holocaust Industry has succeeded in harnessing the Canadian courts and utilizing taxpayers' money to promote a distorted picture of the realities of WWII. Once again Jews are presented as "victims" and Ukrainians are presented as "victimizers". There was no one at the trial to present the Ukrainian point of view and to protect Ukrainian interests. Neither was there anyone to challenge the supposed “facts of the Holocaust” (words of Yoram Sheftel from the John Demjanjuk trial) that Mrs. Snider parroted in 43 sections of her judgment.

(2) Wrzesnewskyj resignation: As reported by Ukrainian News on 23Aug2006, MP Borys Wrzesnewskyj resigned as Liberal foreign affairs critic following his remarks that the Lebanese organization Hezbollah should be included in negotiations towards a withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanon and a lasting peace in the region. A parliamentary committee consisting of Borys Wrzesnewskyj, Peggy Nash (NDP) and Maria Mourani (BQ) [Dean del Mastro (CPC) was instructed not to attend] were on a fact-finding tour of the regions devastated by Israeli bombing of Lebanese homes and infrastructure during the 12Jul-14Aug2006 Lebanese-Israeli war.

(3) Operation Last Chance: It has very recently come to my attention that “Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center For Holocaust Studies” are contacting newspaper outlets to place advertisements “offering financial rewards for information leading to the arrest, conviction and punishment” of remaining Nazi war criminals in Canada.

This is a continuation of the initiative reported in the 05Jul2006 issue of the GRC Report, wherein on 06Jun2006 MP Raymonde Folco announced the initiation of Operation Last Chance on behalf of the Holocaust Industry. The reader is urged to re-read my letter to Mrs. Folco archived at

Respectfully submitted
