Dear Mr. Coderre,

The National Post is conducting a vote today (Sept 24, 2002) regarding the government's Deportation and Denaturalization policy. The question is "Should the Canadian government actively pursue the deportation of Nazi war criminals?"

Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, the National Post did not make any distinction between the guilty and the innocent. Therefore, for the sake of clarity, here is my vote:

I vote Yes to the Canadian government actively pursuing the deportation of Nazi war criminals. I vote No to the Canadian government actively pursuing the deportation of people who have been falsely accused of being Nazi war criminals.

Sincerely,

Paulette MacQuarrie
