Please send Defendant Lubomyr Prytulak transcripts of the Rambam v Prytulak BC271433 proceedings covering the two days 29-Aug-2002 and 25-Nov-2002, and please invoice Lubomyr Prytulak for this service.
However, as of 13-Feb-2003, Lubomyr Prytulak has received no reply � not delivery of the transcripts, nor an invoice requesting payment, nor a statement indicating that the Transcript Order is being processed, nor even an acknowledgement that it had been received.
The 13-Feb-2003 instant letter, Prytulak-to-Clarke-05 Third Request for Transcripts, repeats that same order. Lubomyr Prytulak asks that you either supply the two requested transcripts, or cite authority for refusing to do so.
In addition, Lubomyr Prytulak asks that you add to the above order the transcripts of Rambam v Prytulak BC271433 hearings on the two days 01-Jul-2002 and 10-Feb-2003.
Your failing to provide the requested transcripts will have the effect of indicating that those responsible for Rambam v Prytulak BC271433 have not only excluded Lubomyr Prytulak from meaningful participation, but have now ventured so far as to deny him the right to know what has been going on in proceedings that bear his name.
