Dear Mr. Prytulak:

I refer to the complaint filed by Mr. L. Rudner against you regarding your website (the Ukrainian Archive).

It has just come to the attention of the Canadian Human Rights Commission (the Commission) that your website, being The "Ukrainian Archive", www.ukar.org, contains a copy of a Commission Complaint Form dated November 6, 2003, naming complainant, Mr Len Rudner and you, Lubomyr Prytulak as respondent.  In addition, the web site provides a copy of correspondence dated November 27, 2003 from the Commission to you.

The Complaint Form and the above-noted Commission correspondence are documents containing personal information and are of a confidential nature.  Consequently, the Commission is of the view that such documents are not to be placed in the public domain.  The Commission, therefore, requests that these documents be immediately removed from the "Ukrainian Archive" web site.  In the event that these documents are not so removed within twenty-four (24) hours of your receiving this letter, the Commission shall seek a court order requiring their removal.

The Commission will continue to process this complaint as per its usual procedures and time frames.  We look forward to the continuing cooperation of both parties.

[hand-written "for"]
Yours sincerely,
