     My wife just received a telephone call from Irene Nishnic (daughter of 
John Demjanjuk) informing us that the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has 
ruled that the Office of Special Investigations of the U.S. Department of 
Justice did, indeed, commit "fraud on the court" in obtaining the 
denaturalization of John Demjanjuk in the Feb. - Mar., 1981 Cleveland trial 
which subsequently led to his extradition to Israel (Feb. 28, 1986) and 
trial and conviction of war crimes (1987-88). The Supreme Court of Israel 
finally overturned the unjust verdict of the Jerusalem Lower Court on July 
29, 1993. He was allowed to return home to the United States on Sept. 22, 
1993.
     The ruling presumably indicates that Mr. Demjanjuk's citizenship will 
be re-instated.
